ABOUT THE COMPANY

The company Jan Turek ARCO technik was founded in 1991 as a private company focused on the wholesale of materials for electro-technical manufacturing.

Company history

MORE THAN 30 years of experience

Since 1993 ARCO technik has specialized in machining composite plastics and selected thermoplastics for electrical insulation and mechanical applications. Concurrently the company is trading raw materials for the manufacture and repair of electrical machinery, devices and transportation equipment.

In 1996 ARCO technik undertook a legal reorganization.

Scope of activity

Currently the company has around 50 employees, of which around 40 work in manufacturing. It operates on the Czech and European markets and extends its export activities to European countries as well as overseas. Simultaneously it realizes the import of special materials for production and business activities.

Quality Policy

The quality policy of our company is based on the basic assumption of business, i.e. meet the expectations, needs and requirements of our customers, and is a binding intention for quality of the company, is suitable for the purpose and context of our company and supports our strategic focus.
It is not possible to gamble with the trust of our customers, therefore we approach our commitments to them in such a way that the orders are implemented in the agreed quality and on the agreed date.
By constantly improving the work environment, we improve the quality and satisfaction of our customers.
We create conditions for the results of our activities to be in accordance with applicable technical standards and legal regulations.
An active approach to quality also requires compliance with these requirements from our contractual partners and interested parties.
It aims not only to maintain a position (ensuring competitiveness) on our market, but also to achieve permanent stability and prosperity of the company.
It means constantly improving the established Quality Management System according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2016 model, using it effectively and improving it so that it serves its purpose – to satisfy customer needs, generate profit and last but not least bring satisfaction to our employees.
It is better to prevent problems than to solve them after they occur. Identifying shortcomings in completed orders before they are completed has a decisive influence on reducing complaints or claims. This creates the conditions for better satisfying the needs of our customers when providing our services.
One of the means of achieving customer satisfaction is the effort to get closer to them. Therefore, we plan to increase the level of all activities in our company, especially in the areas of production and sale.
We can rely on our employees who create a good work environment with their expertise, education, diligence and loyalty.
Our goal is to deliver quality services in business and production processes so that the products we deliver meet the customer’s specifications and serve the customer for as long as possible and to his full satisfaction!
